We want you to refer your friends and neighbours; and we know you won't do this unless you are completely satisfied, therefore, your "Satisfaction is Guaranteed". If you are not happy with your cleaning we will come back and re-clean the problem area as soon as we can, until you are completely satisfied. Please note that our guarantee only covers areas that were originally cleaned by the cleaners. Also, you must call us within 24hrs if you experience any problems. Our goal is to make you happy.

We do not give refunds or price reductions should you decide to do any re-cleaning yourself.
