What are your hours of operation?

We work Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 4:30; after 4:30 we will charge for overtime. Please leave a message if you are calling outside those hours.

What kinds of cleaning do you do?

Our services include general housecleaning, spring cleaning, move-in and move-out cleaning, wall washing, window cleaning, renovation dust removal, and complete new construction cleaning.

How much does it cost?

We send out 2 cleaners at a time and we charge $75 per hour for the team plus a $5 travel fee and the GST. 1 hour or $75 plus the $5 travel fee and GST is our minimum charge. Most homes can be cleaned in 1-3hrs. If you live outside our normal service area there may be an additional travel time charge. Prices are subject to change at any time.

What areas do you serve?

We serve all areas south of Duncan including the Gulf Islands. There is a travel charge for going to the following areas: East Sooke, Sooke, and all areas past Sooke; north of Gold Stream Park, North Saanich, Willis Point and the Gulf Islands. The extra charge will depend on the time it takes to get to your home, how many people are coming and any associated ferry costs.

How soon can I have my place cleaned?

In many cases we can schedule your cleaning within 2-3 days, and sometimes we can do same it the day; however, to avoid disappointment it is wise to give us at least 1 weeks notice.

Are your employees trained and experienced?

All our employees are uniformed and trained, and have the necessary experience to do the job right.

Are your employees insured, bonded and covered by WCB?

Yes, all our employees are insured, bonded, and covered by WCB and liability insurance. In the unlikely event that something gets broken our insurance will repair, replace or buy the article.

How many people do you send?

We normally send a 2 person team, however, due to operational requirements we may have to add a third person to the team and if it is a large job we will send 2 or more teams.

Do you send the same people each time?

We always try to send at least one person that has been to your place; however, due to sickness or attrition, it may become necessary to send new people. This may actually be beneficial as the new team may find areas that need attention or you may even like the new team better.

Do I need to supply any cleaning solutions for the cleaners?

No, we will bring all the necessary equipment and supplies to do your job properly. However, if you want us to use any special cleaners or polishes you must supply them.

What kind of cleaning products do you use?

Our products are all environmentally friendly, they have a light clean fragrance to them and are safe to use on most surfaces. We use a disinfectant to sanitize your bathroom; a soap scum remover for your tub and shower; a heavy duty degreaser for the kitchen and other tough areas; ammonia for glass surfaces, and a neutral floor cleaner designed for laminates and hardwoods. We also have a variety of other products for those one-of-a-kind cleaning problems

What kind of equipment do you use?

We use professional quality equipment for all our jobs. Our industrial vacuums are capable of light and heavy duty vacuuming. When vacuuming carpets we use a light duty air driven power-head which works well without running the risk of damaging the carpet fibers. For laminate, hardwood, and all other types of floors we use a specialized floor pad designed for today’s flooring. Walls are washed with proper wall washing gear and spot-cleaned by hand. Windows are cleaned with squeegees and other glass is polished with a clean soft cloth. We also have a supply of specialty equipment for those one of a kind difficult jobs.

What do I have to do to prepare for the cleaners?

You can start by picking-up and organizing any clutter that may be lying around, this will allow the cleaners to focus on the cleaning. You may also want to leave a checklist for the cleaners if you have specific areas that you want them to focus on.

Do I have to be home while the cleaners are working?

You can stay or leave, whatever suites your agenda. If you are on a regular schedule you might want to supply us with a key so that you won’t have to be home at all. All keys are kept in a lock box and coded with a number only, no names and no addresses; this will insure the security of your home should anything happen to your keys.

How should I pay?

Payment is due at the end of each job. Once you’ve had a chance to look around the team leader will make out an invoice and you can pay them at that time. We accept Visa, Master Card, cash and cheques. If you are on a regular schedule and your bill is always the same you can leave a cheque or make arrangements for us to bill your credit card after each visit.

What if I have to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

If you need to cancel  or reschedule your appointment we request that you do so with at least 24hrs notice so that we have time to give your spot to another customer.

Are your services guaranteed?

We guarantee our work will meet or beat the industry standard or we will re-clean the problem area as soon as we can, until you are completely satisfied. Please note that our guarantee only covers areas that were originally cleaned by the cleaners. Also, you must call us within 24hrs if you experience any problems. We do not give refunds or price reductions should you decide to re-clean any areas yourself.
